class Refunds/cancellations

If, after purchasing a class space, you will no longer be able to attend and require a refund, notice must be given via email to msc.ceramics@gmail.com, and a refund will be issued on the following basis:

• Notice given at least 14 days before class date: Full refund issued less a £10 administration fee.

• Notice given 7-14 days before class date: 50% refund issued less a £10 administration fee.

• Notice given less than 7 days before class date: No refund available.

By purchasing a class space you agree to the above terms. Unfortunately exceptions to these terms cannot be made, and late arrivals or absent bookings cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

In the unlikely event that a class is cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, a space on an alternative date or a full refund will be offered. Please check for any email updates before making your journey to Studio 1 in case of any last-minute amendments.

class Attendance

• Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult participant (18+) throughout.

• Participants must be aged 14 or over at the time of attendance.

Accessibility

Studio 1 and the Kiln Yard are accessible for all mobility levels. Please advise via email to msc.ceramics@gmail.com ahead of your session if you have any particular needs that may require additional accommodation.
